Those are the adventures of Mr. Fimbulmyrk, in bushcraft and blacksmithing, mountainbiking and hiking, reenactment, writing, singing, dancing, stargazing and having a piece of cake and a coffee. Pray have a seat and look around you, but be warned - the forest´s twilight is ferocious at times.

The magic troll gave me my birthday presents and more on top. Below the loot is the magnificient tunic she stitched for me, out of linen. She knitted some really comfy socks for me, and she made a belt pouch in naalbindning technique with a leather flap for a... tadaah;-) hudson bay tobacco tin and a ferrocium rod with a compass and a whistle / scraper. I was being quite overwhelmed, for she was not only being resourceful as to my potential wishes, but she made those things lovingly by hand. It´s not for the gift, but for the smile on her face when she gave it to me, I love her. Yap, I know, you have to suffer these love orations quite a lot these days;-), my dear readers, but then, hey, I want to share my joy with you. I want you to know that life is good. And when you are sad at the moment, remember, I was, too, and on the very brink of depression. Life has seen to it that this is no more and that I can see the sun again. And I would be glad if I could contribute to those who are sad at the moment, would be comforted just a tiny bit. Keep on fighting on your path, and it will become a travel, keep on fighting on your travels, and it will become a life. Love and joy shall find you.
I am very grateful, and brimful with joy. So I have some to spare. Take it;-).
